Plain-English Note

This document states the usage rights supplied with this product. It is intended to be clear and practical; it is not individualized legal advice.

1. License Grant

When you purchase or otherwise lawfully receive the white-label edition, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial white-label license to customize the supplied source material and publish a finished derivative product under your own brand, subject to the conditions below.

You may keep the product title The Savvy AI Affiliate Marketer or change it, but your finished derivative must use your own author/publisher identity and must not be presented as an official product of, or as part of, The Savvy AI Marketer™ product series.

2. What You May Do

Edit, shorten, expand, reorganize or otherwise adapt the supplied text, prompts, examples, headings and structure.
Keep or change the title The Savvy AI Affiliate Marketer, and change the subtitle, author or company name, colors, typography, cover, layout and other presentation elements.
Add your own author or publisher identity, branding and presentation.
Publish the finished derivative under your own personal or business brand and present yourself or your business as the publisher of that finished edition.
Sell or give away your finished derivative to end users as an ebook, report, guide or other finished digital product.
Adapt portions of the material into your own finished educational or marketing products, provided that you do not transfer the white-label rights themselves.
Use the prompts, concepts and methods in your own business and in materials you create from them.

3. Conditions of Use

Your customers receive end-use rights only unless you separately own and grant rights to material that you created independently. They do not receive this white-label license.
You are responsible for your own branding, claims, legal notices, customer support, refunds, platform compliance and any changes you make to the product.
Employees or contractors may edit the source on your behalf, but they may not retain, resell or reuse the source or white-label rights independently.
Before publication, you should review the finished product for accuracy, current information, third-party rights, platform rules and suitability for your audience.

4. What You May Not Do

Resell, assign, sublicense, transfer or give away this white-label license, whether on its own or bundled with another product.
Market or distribute the supplied source package as PLR, MRR, resale rights, white-label rights or another rights-bearing source product.
Give customers the original source package together with permission to rebrand or resell it under this license.
Edit, rebrand, resell, redistribute, give away or otherwise distribute The Savvy AI Marketer™ Edition, which is supplied separately for personal and business reference use.
Use The Savvy AI Marketer™ name, logo, branded visual identity, Angara, the Savvy Samoyed-Android mascot, Savvy-branded cover art, Markus as the author, or other Savvy brand assets unless a specific asset is separately supplied with explicit written permission for that use.
State or imply that The Savvy AI Marketer™, Markus, or the original supplier is the author, publisher, endorser, operator or supporter of your rebranded edition.
Use third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, software or other protected material beyond the rights separately granted by their owners.

5. Branding, Authorship and Ownership

You may put your own name or business name on the finished derivative and market it under your own brand.

You may retain the title The Savvy AI Affiliate Marketer.

You may not add The Savvy AI Marketer™ branding or Markus as author unless separately authorized in writing.

This license permits white-label publication but does not transfer ownership of the underlying source material or of this license.

Your own original additions, branding and independently created material remain yours, subject to any third-party rights that apply.

6. AI Tools and Generated Output

You may use AI tools to help edit, expand or adapt the material.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated changes for accuracy, originality, suitability and compliance.

Rights to AI-generated output may depend on the terms of the AI provider you use, and this license does not override those terms.

7. No Guaranteed Results

The source material is supplied as a practical business resource.

No income, traffic, ranking, conversion or other commercial result is guaranteed.

You are responsible for the claims you make in your own sales material and for the way you market, price and deliver your derivative product.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially breach its terms.

If that happens, you must stop exercising the white-label rights and stop distributing new copies derived under the breached license.

Existing lawful end-user customers may continue using copies they received before termination, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. License Version and Updates

The license version referenced for your purchase at the time of purchase governs that purchase.

Later versions of this license do not replace the referenced version for an earlier purchase merely because the website is updated.

A later version applies to a prior purchase only where required by applicable law or where you and the seller expressly agree otherwise.

10. License Questions

If you are unsure whether a planned use is covered — especially a use involving sublicensing, resale rights, client work or redistribution of editable source files — contact the seller before proceeding:
